Project Manager - Industrial Project (Textile)

Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager – Industrial Project (Textile) role is based in MP. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of textile-related industrial projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients; monitoring progress against project plans; managing resources; and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role involves tracking budgets and costs, preparing status reports, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will also support process improvements and contribute to establishing best practices across industrial textile projects.
Qualifications
Project Management and Project Planning skills for overseeing industrial textile projects from initiation to completion.
Experience in Project Manager roles, including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
Budgeting and cost-control skills to monitor expenditures, optimize resource usage, and maintain financial discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, textiles, industrial management, or a related field; advanced certification in project management is an advantage.
Experience in industrial or textile manufacturing environments, with familiarity in plant operations, safety standards, and quality systems.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables.
