Job Title: AI Automation & Chatbot Lead
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced AI Automation & Chatbot Lead to own and scale our conversational AI solutions. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered chatbots and voice agents that solve real business problems. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of projects, enjoys combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer experiences and stays at the forefront of AI technology.
You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to develop intelligent conversational systems using platforms like Botpress and Retell, while integrating cutting-edge LLMs and business applications.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain AI chatbots and voice agents using Botpress, Retell, and similar platforms.
Develop conversational flows that provide intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other AI services into chatbot workflows.
Connect chatbots with CRMs, databases, APIs, and third-party services using webhooks and automation platforms such as Make.com.
Monitor chatbot performance, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize conversation quality.
Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in conversational AI and recommend improvements to our products and processes.
Requirements
Strong experience with Botpress, Retell, or similar chatbot and conversational AI platforms.
Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.) into production workflows.
Solid understanding of APIs, REST services, webhooks, databases, and third-party integrations.
Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to independently manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
Nice to Have
Experience with voice AI platforms.
Experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
