Role Description The Graphic Designer for Web Design & Social Media will create visual assets for websites, social media campaigns, and online marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing web page layouts, social media creatives, banners, and promotional graphics, as well as collaborating with the marketing and development teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. The role involves creating logos and brand elements, selecting appropriate typography, and adapting designs for different digital platforms and formats. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close coordination with cross-functional team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high design standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for web and social media.
Ability to create effective Logo Design and Branding materials.
Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for digital interfaces.
Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma or similar).
Understanding of web and social media design best practices, including responsive and mobile-first design.
Ability to interpret briefs, take feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
Portfolio demonstrating digital design work for websites and social media campaigns.
Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
