Role Description The Forward Deployed Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, working closely with clients to design, build, and deploy software solutions tailored to real-world business challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing and maintaining back-end services and APIs, and integrating systems within complex digital ecosystems. The role involves writing high-quality, maintainable code, debugging issues, improving performance, and ensuring reliability in production environments. The engineer will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions using agile practices. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining hands-on engineering with direct customer engagement.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, focusing on building scalable services and APIs.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar).
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with client and internal teams.
Familiarity with databases, cloud platforms, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is highly beneficial.
Experience with agile methodologies, problem-solving in production environments, and performance optimization is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Clear communication skills, curiosity to understand business domains, and readiness to engage directly with customers.
