Role Description The Italy Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in the Italian market. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing local business development, overseeing marketing activities, and coordinating outreach to individual and corporate clients. The partner will supervise the delivery of online language courses, collaborate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, and ensure high-quality learner experiences. This role involves monitoring local market trends, adapting offerings to regional needs, and managing basic administrative and operational tasks related to the franchise.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for client engagement, partnership building, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, understand competition, and inform strategic decisions.
Writing abilities to support local marketing, client proposals, and professional correspondence.
Training and coaching skills to guide local staff and ensure consistent service standards.
Experience in education, language services, or franchise/business management is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in Italian and English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and remote collaboration; prior experience in online services is a plus.
