The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry with strong communication and team management skills.
Approved Manager and RSA
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Good organization / time-management skills
Flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work shifts and weekends as required.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of food and beverage staff
Ensuring that customer service standards are met
Monitoring and controlling inventory levels
Providing ongoing training and development for staff
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in menu planning, budget management, and other duties as required.
