What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications
Build responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces
Develop and manage secure RESTful APIs and backend services
Design efficient database structures and optimize data models
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and business teams
Write clean, well-documented, production-ready code
Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Must-Have Skills
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
React.js / Angular / Vue.js
Node.js / Python / Java / PHP
REST API design and integration
MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Git / GitHub / version control
Application security and authentication best practices
Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset
Nice to Have
Experience in logistics, fleet management, tracking, CRM, or ERP platforms
Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP
Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Real-time systems, notifications, or GPS/location-tracking technology
