About Us:
We build the training data that teaches the next generation of Vision Language Action (VLA) models and World Foundation Models (WFMs) how to act in the physical world. Getting this data - at scale, at quality, from real environments - is one of the hardest open problems in physical AI, and it is the problem we exist to solve.
Doing it means running a real-world operation: a network of vendors, capture sites, operators and contributors across the US, all producing data to a standard that frontier labs can train on. That operation is what this role owns.
Role Overview:
You will lead strategic growth projects and help run our US operations from India. This is a high-ownership seat: you own the P&L for your projects and operations, work directly with vendors, operators and customers, and do whatever it takes to increase the volume of high-quality data we collect.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
● Own the P&L for assigned projects and operations - unit economics, cost per unit of data, margin and growth targets.
● Scale a contributor base of thousands - recruit, onboard, train, manage quality and retention across a large distributed workforce of data contributors and operators.
● Forecast demand and supply - model incoming data demand against contributor/supply capacity, and plan hiring, vendor allocation and throughput ahead of the curve.
● Manage vendors and partners - select, negotiate with and hold accountable the vendor network delivering collection capacity; build redundancy so no single partner is a bottleneck.
● Work directly with US customers - run delivery conversations, unblock operations in real time, and turn customer requirements into executable collection plans.
● Drive growth projects - identify where volume or quality is capped, design the fix, and run it end to end.
What We’re Looking For:
● 3–5 years in operations, growth, supply/marketplace ops, program management or consulting, founding team - ideally at a high-growth startup where you built things that did not exist.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
● Proven experience managing and scaling large contributor, operator, gig or field workforces.
● Comfort forecasting demand and contributor/supply capacity.
● Willingness to overlap with EST/PST hours.
