Role Overview-
We are looking for a IT Pre-Sales & solutions executive to own the journey from qualified lead to signed proposal. This is not a lead generation role—leads are handed over by the sales team. You will take discovery calls, understand client requirements, map them to our services, build proposals with budgets and timelines, and coordinate the handover to our delivery team. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a sharp and eager-to-learn attitude, and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
Key Responsibilities
Discovery Calls: Connect with leads shared by the sales team, take their discovery calls, and understand their business challenges and requirements in detail.
Solutioning: Map client requirements to GrowwStacks' services and recommend the right approach and offering.
Proposal Creation: Prepare project proposals covering scope of work, budget/commercials, timelines, and deliverables.
Budget Allocation: Work out and allocate budgets for proposed solutions in line with client needs and project scope.
Client Follow-ups: Take regular follow-ups with clients to move proposals forward and keep them engaged.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal Project Managers and Developers to brief them on the project and ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery.
Delivery Follow-up: Stay engaged post-handover to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Documentation: Maintain proposal records, requirement notes, and handover documents.
Requirements
Graduate in any technical discipline (B.Tech., M.Tech., or any other technical degree).
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in pre-sales, client servicing, business analysis, or project coordination.
Strong communication and client-facing skills—verbal and written.
Sharp, proactive, and eager to learn new tools, services, and industries.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical, workable solutions.
Good coordination and follow-up skills to manage multiple clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates must be Indore-based.
Candidates with a 15–30 day notice period will be preferred.
