Role Description In this full-time, on-site Electronics & Communication Engineering role based in Gurugram, the engineer will work on designing, testing, and maintaining electronic circuits and communication systems. Daily tasks may include assisting in system integration, troubleshooting hardware and communication issues, documenting technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves preparing technical reports, supporting implementation of communication protocols, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The engineer will also coordinate with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with project requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Internal Communications skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills to prepare clear technical documentation and support external or formal communications when needed.
Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills to convey complex technical information in a structured and audience-appropriate manner.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a closely related field.
Foundational knowledge of electronic circuits, communication systems, and basic networking concepts.
Ability to analyze problems methodically, pay attention to detail, and follow industry standards and safety practices.
Proficiency with common engineering tools and software used for circuit design, simulation, or documentation is beneficial.
Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
