🔹 Role Overview:
* Owns end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through closure.
* Partners closely with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to keep programs on time, in scope, and on budget.
* Drives continuous process improvement across the program management function itself, not just individual programs.
🔹 Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent programs and projects, from planning through execution and post-launch review.
* Maintain and administer all project tasks, schedules, and associated PM tools/software; ensure data integrity across all tracking systems.
* Build and publish program status reports, executive dashboards, and milestone trackers on a regular cadence for stakeholder and leadership audiences.
* Monitor project activities, performance metrics, and budget burn; proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
* Ensure all project team members are aligned to schedules, deliverables, and compliance requirements; facilitate cross-functional coordination and issue resolution.
* Compile and analyze project data to support decision-making; perform research and produce documentation on request.
* Develop and maintain high-quality visual artifacts — charts, graphs, Gantt charts, roadmaps — to communicate program status.
* Define and enforce program governance standards, intake processes, and reporting frameworks across the organization.
* Identify and drive process improvements within the program management practice.
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
* 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
* PMP certification strongly preferred; PgMP, CSM, or SAFe certification a plus.
* Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong project planning and scheduling skills; proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
* Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and executive presentations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex program status into clear stakeholder narratives.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable with cost, resource, and performance data.
* Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
* Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
