Peer Review Associate (PRA)
Role Summary
The Peer Review Associate is responsible for managing research paper submissions for academic journals and ensuring a smooth peer review process from submission to publication.
Key Responsibilities
Review submitted manuscripts and ensure they meet journal requirements.
Coordinate with editors and assign suitable reviewers.
Follow up with authors, reviewers, and editors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Respond to queries from authors, reviewers, editors, and internal stakeholders.
Check accepted manuscripts for completeness, formatting, permissions, and required documentation.
Transfer finalized manuscripts to the production team within established deadlines.
Maintain journal records, reports, trackers, and email templates.
Monitor manuscript progress and resolve workflow-related issues.
Act as a liaison between journal editors and internal teams.
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
