Content and Research Executive

Ardent Co. is a multi-disciplinary advisory based in Central Delhi. Location: Delhi – Jhandewalan
Experience: 1.5-2 years
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct research on policy, regulatory, economic, political, and industry developments across sectors.
Monitor emerging trends and provide timely insights, issue analyses, and sector intelligence.
Develop high-quality research and communication outputs, including thought leadership articles, interview responses, policy briefs, representations, partnership strategies, executive notes, and other stakeholder-facing materials.
Support media strategies, stakeholder engagement initiatives, through evidence-based insights.
Manage research outputs, knowledge products, and client deliverables while ensuring quality and timely execution.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, International Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business, Law, or related disciplines.
1.5-2 years of experience in public policy, public affairs, strategic communications, think tanks, political consulting, research organizations, corporate affairs, or advisory roles.
Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent writing and editing capabilities with experience in producing research-backed content.
Understanding of India's policy, regulatory, business, and media landscape.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects independently.
