end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles.* Source
candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.* Conduct
high-volume cold calling and candidate screening.* Build a
nd maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.* Coordin
ate interviews, follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.* Drive c
ampus recruitment initiatives and build relationships with colleges.* Track d
aily recruitment numbers, conversion rates, and joining targets.* Proacti
vely maintain a talent pipeline to support business growth.

3 months of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.* Sales r
ecruitment experience is highly preferred.* Campus
recruitment experience will be an added advantage.* Basic k
nowledge of hiring platforms and job portals is a plus, but not mandatory.* Strong
communication, persuasion, and candidate-handling skills.* Comfort
able with high-volume calling, cold calling, and consistent follow-ups.* A targe
t-oriented mindset with a strong focus on numbers, closures, and growth.* A proac
