We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Solution Architect to lead functional solution design, HR transformation initiatives, and end-to-end Workday implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution design and architecture.
Translate HR business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Drive business process design, fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution reviews.
Act as a functional SME across Workday HCM modules.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
Lead solution governance, testing, UAT, and deployment readiness.
Mentor functional consultants and support project planning and risk management.

Must Have
8+ years of HCM / HR Technology consulting experience.
5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM functional consulting experience.
Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations/deployments.
Strong experience in solution architecture and HR process transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Experience with global Workday deployments is preferred.
Workday certification(s) preferred.
