About the Role
Union Living is looking for a Revenue Executive / Revenue Analyst to support revenue reporting, business analysis, and occupancy tracking across its portfolio of managed living spaces.
This role is suited for someone with strong analytical skills who is comfortable working with data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates with experience in the hospitality, real estate, co-living, property management, or related sectors will be preferred. Relevant internships or academic projects in these industries are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and business performance reports.
Analyze occupancy, bookings, collections, and revenue trends across properties.
Perform revenue reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial and operational data.
Create MIS reports, dashboards, Pivot Tables, charts, and summaries using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Share revenue insights, collection updates, and performance reports with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and data consistency.
Identify data discrepancies and support corrective actions where required.
Maintain organized datasets and assist with ad hoc business analysis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, Statistics, or a related discipline.
0–3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, co-living, property management, or similar industries is preferred.
Relevant internships or academic projects in data analysis, revenue management, or business analytics will also be considered.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience creating Pivot Tables, charts, dashboards, and analytical reports.
Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an advantage.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
