Role: L3 NOC Engineer – Routing & Switching | SD-WANLocation: Remote Experience: 7–14 YearsBudget: 14 LPA
Payroll- TGS
Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations
Troubleshoot complex Routing, Switching, and WAN issues
Manage and support SD-WAN environments
Handle Incident, Problem & Change Management as per SLAs
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents
Work with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
Mandatory Skills
Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)
L3 concepts (VLANs, STP)
SD-WAN (Cisco and Meraki )
Enterprise Network Troubleshooting & NOC Operations
Firewalls, VPNs & Network Security
Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) exposure
Good to have
AWS/Azure Networking
ITIL knowledge
Skills: noc operation,ospf,cisco,l3 concepts,sd-wan,meraki,zscaler,eigrp,multiprotocol label switching (mpls),enterprise,bgp,routing
