Product Owner

Position: Product Owner - B2 Level - French Language expertise
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: 9-10 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Responsibilities:
● Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
● Create, refine, and maintain clear, actionable user stories for the development team.
● Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
● Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and drive value-based decision-making.
● Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth execution.
● Work closely with development teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
● Continuously identify areas for improvement in product development & delivery processes.
● Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile activities to ensure efficient workflow.
● Review and validate new products, features, and enhancements before delivery.
● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project.
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, or a similar IT role.
● Minimum B2 Level - French Language expertise
● Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
● Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
