Embedded Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for roles in Embedded Software, Semiconductor Design, and VLSI Engineering.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the semiconductor and embedded systems industry.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
