Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role at Sanskrti India is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of visual concepts, develop brand identities, and design graphics for print and digital platforms that reflect the visual culture of India. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and clients, developing logo and branding systems, selecting and refining typography, and preparing production-ready files. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, ensuring design consistency across projects, and contributing to the evolution of Sanskrti India’s visual language and design standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual and executional excellence.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating cohesive visual identity systems.
Advanced understanding of Typography and its application across print and digital media.
Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and relevant digital design software).
Experience translating cultural and contextual insights into contemporary visual design.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in a senior or lead design role; agency or studio experience is an advantage.
Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
