Key Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day e-commerce & brand operations
• Manage/support Shopify stores, product listings & website updates
• Assist with SEO, keyword research & competitor analysis
• Monitor product performance, brand pages & online content
• Support digital marketing campaigns and brand activities
• Track tasks, reports & performance data
• Coordinate with marketing, content, design & e-commerce teams
• Monitor competitors, market trends, products & pricing
• Identify operational issues and support practical solutions
• Gradually take ownership of assigned brand activities
What We’re Looking For
• Freshers with a strong interest in e-commerce, marketing & branding
• Basic understanding of online businesses
• Shopify, SEO or Digital Marketing knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Quick learner with strong organizational abilities
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms & processes
