Project Manager Civil

Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of
signage projects for our enterprise and multi-location clients. You'll be the central point of
coordination between clients, our design team, fabrication facilities, permitting specialists, and
field installers — ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to BlinkSigns'
quality standards.
What You'll Do
● Manage multiple concurrent signage projects from kickoff through installation and final
sign-off
● Serve as the primary client contact, providing proactive updates and managing
expectations throughout the project lifecycle
● Coordinate with internal teams — design, estimating, permitting, fabrication, and
installation — using Zoho Projects to track milestones, tasks, and timelines
● Manage client communication and follow-ups through Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail
● Log and track all project-related expenses and billing milestones in Zoho Books in
coordination with the finance team
● Use Zoho Cliq for real-time team communication and cross-department coordination
● Maintain and update client and project records in Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy
across the project lifecycle
● Review site survey reports and design proofs to ensure accuracy before moving into
production
● Track and manage permitting and variance timelines across multiple municipalities and
jurisdictions
● Identify scope changes and process change orders in coordination with the estimating
team
● Manage installer relationships and coordinate field crews across multiple states
● Conduct quality assurance reviews and handle post-installation issues promptly
● Maintain thorough project documentation — timelines, approvals, photos, permits, and
sign-off records — within Zoho WorkDrive
What We're Looking For
● 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in signage, construction,
manufacturing, or a related trade industry
● Hands-on experience with Zoho One — particularly Zoho Projects, CRM, Books, Cliq,
and WorkDrive
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle 15–30 active projects simultaneously
● Excellent client communication skills — confident on calls, clear in emails, proactive with
updates
● Familiarity with permitting processes and municipal sign codes is a strong plus
● Ability to read and interpret site surveys, blueprints, or design files is preferred
● PMP certification is a plus but not required
