Senior / Chief Business Analyst – Financial Services
Location: Poland – Fully Remote
Contract: 6-month rolling
Rate: Up to €60 per hour
I’m recruiting for an experienced Senior/Chief Business Analyst to join a high-priority digital transformation programme within a major international financial organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on shaping and delivering a new digital financial product. You’ll work across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Security, translating business objectives into clear requirements and helping drive the product from initial concept through to production.
What you’ll be doing:
Define product scope, customer outcomes, requirements and success criteria
Translate business needs into processes, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyse existing APIs, services, data sources and frontend components
Identify gaps requiring new backend services, APIs, integrations and frontend functionality
Define data and non-functional requirements
Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate key decisions
Embed regulatory, compliance, privacy, risk and security requirements into delivery
Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions and impediments
Work closely with engineering teams throughout iterative delivery
Support testing, release readiness, documentation, handover and production stabilisation
What we’re looking for:
Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally delivering new digital products within banking, wealth management, fintech or another complex financial-services environment.
You should have strong experience working between business and technology teams, turning complex or ambiguous requirements into actionable delivery backlogs. You’ll need excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to work across engineering, product, operations, compliance, legal, risk and security.
Experience with APIs, integrations, data requirements, Agile delivery, user stories and acceptance criteria will be particularly valuable.
