Role Description The Finance Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting financial analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making across Insight Genesis – IGAi’s ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The Finance Specialist will analyze data to identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product pricing, market evaluations, and financial planning. The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant financial standards, preparing clear reports and presentations for leadership, and contributing to process improvements in finance operations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Solid foundation in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Hands-on experience with financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced skills in spreadsheets and financial software; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Interest in AI-driven solutions, emerging markets, and financial inclusion is highly beneficial.
