Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will collaborate with sales, product, technology, operations, and other business teams to understand requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Collaborate and align with sales leaders to bridge sales and tech requirements
Being responsible for driving MIS and sales related daily chores in a high octane high pressure environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Translate business requirements into actionable inputs for sales, product and technology teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
Analyse data and business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support product enhancements and new feature development from requirement gathering through implementation.
Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and project updates.
Track project progress, dependencies, and risks, and follow up with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and requirement documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Good understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and business-process mapping.
Ability to write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project-management tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and data-visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a consumer internet, e-commerce, travel, or technology company.
Ability to interpret data and convert insights into practical recommendations.
