About the Role
We are looking for a CFD & Thermal Simulation Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), thermal analysis, and simulation-driven product development, with strong proficiency in ANSYS tools, OpenFOAM, and engineering automation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CFD, thermal, and conjugate heat transfer (CHT) simulations.
Analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, turbomachinery, and cooling systems.
Develop and automate simulation workflows using Python and MATLAB.
Conduct design optimization and sensitivity studies using OptiSlang or similar tools.
Interpret simulation results and provide engineering recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and performance improvement.
Required Skills
ANSYS CFX, Fluent, OpenFOAM
Python, MATLAB, C++ (preferred)
OptiSlang, HPC Computing
Siemens NX/CAD tools
Strong understanding of Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, and Thermodynamics
Educational Qualification
M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
