About the Role
Aaxis Nano Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens PLC,HMI and Scada programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and industrial automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.
* Work on PLC platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, or equivalent.
* Configure and troubleshoot siemens HMI , Wincc professional and Wincc SCADA systems.
* Perform installation, commissioning, I/O checking, loop checking, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Troubleshoot Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, control panels, and industrial communication issues.
* Configure protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, OPC, MQTT, etc.
* Integrate PLCs with instruments, sensors, actuators, and control panels.
* Read and understand electrical drawings, P&IDs, and control schematics.
* Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
* Prepare service, commissioning, and technical reports.
* Travel across India for site commissioning and service activities.
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience on siemens PLC and Scada Programming & Troubleshooting.
* Experience with HMI/SCADA.
* Knowledge of industrial automation, process control panels, instrumentation, and networking.
* Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
