Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Suryapet, responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of fire, security, and automation solutions for clients. The role involves coordinating service requests, scheduling and tracking technician visits, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues. The Service Coordinator will communicate with customers, internal teams, and vendor partners to clarify requirements, confirm service details, and provide status updates. Daily tasks include maintaining service documentation, updating service logs and reports, monitoring ongoing projects, and escalating issues when needed to ensure service quality and adherence to response-time commitments. The role also includes assisting in operational planning, supporting inventory and resource allocation for service activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Service Coordination skills, including scheduling, tracking, and follow-up on service activities.
Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to support workflow planning, resource allocation, and adherence to service procedures.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
Relevant experience in technical service environments, preferably in fire safety, security systems, or building management solutions, is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office software and service management tools are preferred.
A diploma or degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Suryapet and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
