Background
Mezink is a fast-growing startup helping brands leverage the distribution of creators across social media. We have a bold vision to reimagine the relationship between creators and brands, using data and AI.
We are headquartered in Singapore and have operations in more than 10 countries across Asia. You'll end up working on global projects from Day 1 along with a team based in atleast 15 different cities.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders, gaining a front-row seat to the entire business and contributing to various initiatives and projects across different departments, including sales, operations, growth, and more. This role requires someone who is very comfortable handling multiple things at the same time. There is likely to be frequent weekend work. The job description will change frequently and you'll be expected to learn things very quickly. The intensity will be high and the hours will be long but we can promise an insane learning curve and massive opportunities for growth. This role will not be easy. If you prioritise work-life balance or are looking for a 9 to 5, this isn't the role for you.
We are looking for hustlers who are willing to think out of the box and get stuff done - without making excuses. If you are looking for a more structured set up to learn - then this isn't the place. We are focussed on execution - not coaching. Also, this role requires you to operate from Mezink's office in Bengaluru - there is no remote option.
While compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate, but, if you are looking to optimise cash compensation or are expecting hikes for simply switching, please do not apply.

Like most early stage start-ups, the compensation will be a combination of fixed cash, performance linked bonuses and meaningful equity. Do note that this is NOT A PRODUCT ROLE.
We are only looking for people who are driven by the desire to learn and to build something spectacular.
Preferred Qualifications
There are really no qualifications for this role - all we need are people who are smart, diligent and willing to put in the work. We are looking to hire learning machines who can grow along with the organization. We will offer enough opportunities to learn and grow quickly.
But the following list of qualifications is generally useful:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics from a Tier 1 institution
1-2+ years of relevant experience working in a management/strategy/consulting or in a fast-paced startup
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team-members across geographies and cultures
Willingness to get your hands dirty to solve problems quickly - we are not looking for managers
Extreme levels of ownership - if something needs to be done, you can get it done no matter what
