Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Jaipur. The Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring that construction work aligns with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, coordinating with contractors and site staff, monitoring project schedules, and supporting planning and execution of residential and commercial projects. The role also involves managing quality control, assisting with stormwater and drainage planning, preparing technical reports, and liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on building or infrastructure projects, contributing to on-site supervision and project coordination.
Skills in project Planning for construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and drainage systems relevant to residential and commercial projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic structural analysis tools) is an advantage.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
