Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused intern who is eager to gain practical exposure to customer success, client communication, and business operations. The intern will work closely with internal teams and customers to understand their requirements, address queries, and contribute towards delivering a positive customer experience.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
Strong interest in customer success, client servicing, and business operations.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Professional email writing and communication etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and maintain a solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for customer queries received through phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers in understanding and effectively using the products and services.
Identify and resolve basic customer or technical concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved within the expected timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfil customer requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with customers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the Product and Development teams.
Support the team in understanding deal structures and pricing through basic business-value analysis.
Assist with proposals, client requirements, and other customer success activities as assigned.
Learn and follow the company’s customer engagement processes, communication standards, and best practices.
