Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist at Tilara India will be responsible for improving organic search visibility and driving qualified traffic to the company’s digital properties. This contract, remote role involves conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO enhancements, and managing link building initiatives. The specialist will monitor and analyze web analytics data to identify opportunities, optimize content, and improve search performance across key markets. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with marketing and content teams, staying current with search engine algorithm updates, and ensuring SEO best practices are embedded in website and campaign strategies. The role requires a proactive, data-driven professional who can work independently and deliver measurable results within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Keyword Research skills, including identifying search intent and prioritizing high-value opportunities.
Candidates should possess the ability to conduct comprehensive SEO Audits, covering technical, on-page, and content-related factors.
Candidates should possess expertise in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
Candidates should possess Link Building skills, focusing on ethical, high-quality backlink acquisition and outreach strategies.
Candidates should possess Web Analytics capabilities, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track and report performance.
Relevant experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and basic understanding of HTML and CMS platforms is beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights are required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment are preferred.
Prior experience in SEO for manufacturing, construction, building materials, or B2B brands is an advantage.
