About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical projects from planning through successful completion. This role will initially be remote, with a transition to full-time, site-based work after the first few months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical projects from planning through completion.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, technical, and HSE teams.
Manage contractors and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
Track project progress, costs, risks, and schedules.
Provide regular project updates to management.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements
10+ years of electrical project management experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently during the remote phase and transition effectively to a site-based environment.
