Job Description:
Join a team focused on delivering high-quality automated testing for an enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role is ideal for an automation-first QA engineer who enjoys building and maintaining test frameworks, API testing, CI/CD integration, and collaborating across engineering and product teams.
What You'll Do
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automation frameworks for enterprise web applications
Execute UI, API, regression, and end-to-end automated testing
Develop and maintain data-driven automated test suites
Perform REST API testing using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI
Run automated tests through CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve automation issues
Maintain automation code using Git workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Automation QA experience
Strong Selenium WebDriver experience
Experience with UI, API, regression, and end-to-end test automation
Strong JavaScript skills preferred; Java or TypeScript experience is also acceptable
Experience working with XPath, CSS selectors, dynamic locators, JSON structures, and data-driven tests
REST API testing experience with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI
Experience executing automated tests through CI/CD pipelines such as TeamCity, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD
Git experience including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and merge conflict resolution
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Testim
Laboratory, healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated industry experience
Experience with validation, compliance-focused testing, or quality-controlled release processes
Ability to quickly ramp up on Testim from a strong Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright background
