We are interested in speaking with top performing Workiva professionals from a range of backgrounds, including implementation, ESG, GRC, financial reporting, disclosure management, Wdata, WDAS, connected reporting, and platform administration.

What you’ll have the opportunity to do - GRC
Contribute to and lead end-to-end Workiva implementation engagements for large and complex organisations, partnering with Finance, Accounting, and External Reporting teams to design, configure, and deploy solutions that enhance financial reporting, disclosure management, and regulatory compliance processes.
Provide delivery leadership across Workiva platform implementations, including Wdata, reporting automation, connected reporting, and disclosure management solutions, ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives and industry leading practices.
Design and implement Wdata solutions, including data models, tables, queries, dashboards, and automated data integration processes to support trusted, connected reporting across multiple source systems.
Advise clients on WDAS (Workiva Data & Analytics Solutions) capabilities, helping organisations improve data governance, reporting efficiency, auditability, and decision-making through integrated data management and analytics solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to executives, programme sponsors, and business stakeholders, proactively managing risks, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Serve as a subject matter expert across the Workiva platform, including Disclosure Management, ESG Reporting, SEC Reporting, Wdata, and Connected Reporting solutions.
Contribute to and lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and business process assessments to develop scalable and sustainable reporting architectures.
Mentor and develop consultants by providing technical leadership, conducting quality reviews, sharing Workiva best practices, and supporting professional growth.
Support business development activities through proposal development, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, client presentations, and opportunity scoping.
Contribute to the growth of the Workiva practice by developing implementation methodologies, accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery standards.
Manage multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining delivery quality, project profitability, resource utilisation, and client satisfaction.
Ensure all engagements comply with firm governance frameworks, quality assurance standards, and established delivery methodologies.
Ensure all engagements are delivered in accordance with firm methodologies, governance standards, risk management procedures, and quality assurance requirements.
What you’ll have the opportunity to do - ESG
Support the delivery of ESG reporting and Workiva implementation engagements, assisting with solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
Work closely with clients and internal project teams to gather business requirements, document current and future-state processes, and support the development of ESG reporting solutions.
Assist in the preparation of project deliverables, including business requirements documents, process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, status reports, training materials, and user documentation.
Participate in client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and project meetings, capturing key requirements, documenting actions, and communicating project progress effectively.
Support the configuration and testing of Workiva ESG solutions, ensuring outputs align with client requirements and reporting objectives.
Manage assigned project tasks and workstreams, tracking progress against key milestones while proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
Conduct research into emerging ESG regulations, sustainability reporting frameworks, disclosure requirements, and industry leading practices to support client engagements.
Collaborate with senior consultants and engagement leaders to develop practical recommendations that help clients enhance their ESG reporting and disclosure processes.
Build knowledge of ESG reporting standards and frameworks, including CSRD, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other relevant regulations.
Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva platform capabilities, product enhancements, and certification requirements to effectively support client implementations and ongoing platform adoption.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, templates, and best practices by sharing knowledge and lessons learned across engagement teams.
Develop strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders while demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
