Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2 All Inclusive

Job Summary
We are seeking a Resource Management Partner to support our global MarCom Operations team. This role will partner with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Business Operations teams to manage budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, procurement, vendors, and contractor spend.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budget planning, forecasting, actuals, and variance analysis.
Support financial reporting, monthly business reviews, and month-end close.
Manage purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and budget transfers.
Support vendor management, onboarding, contracts, and cost optimization.
Oversee contractor/contingent workforce spend and administration.
Identify financial risks, resolve operational issues, and improve processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial and procurement compliance.
Must-Have Skills
Strong Budget Management / Financial Operations experience.
Hands-on experience with Allocadia and/or Uptempo – non-negotiable.
Strong FP&A, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables/PivotCharts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial operations, or procurement.
Experience supporting Marketing/MarCom or commercial organizations.
Experience with vendor management and contingent workforce operations.
Experience in a global or large enterprise environment.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and AI applications.
Work Model: 100% Remote; ET/CT preferred.
Equipment: Windows laptop.
Extension/FTE: Possible based on business needs; not guaranteed.
