The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into stories people stop scrolling to watch. You'll be the person who takes an idea on a whiteboard and ships it as a reel that actually performs. If you have a sharp eye for pacing, a instinct for what makes content shareable, and you want real ownership over what you make, this is for you.
What You'll Work On
• Social & short-form video — reels, shorts, and everything built for t
he scroll
• Brand & performance creatives — ads that don't feel like ads, and convert anyway
• Motion graphics & animation — bringing static ideas to life
• Product, campaign & storytelling videos — the bigger pieces that build the brand
• GenAI-led creative experimentation — using new tools to move faster and try things nobody else is trying yet
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of hands-on video editing e
xperience
• Strong editing instincts — you know what to cut before anyone tells you
• A great sense of pacing and storytelling
• High ownership — you treat every edit like it's your own brand
• The ability to take rough footage and raw ideas and turn them into high-quality, ready-to-post content
• Curiosity about GenAI tools and how they're changing creative work
