Job Title : Change Management Analyst.
Location :Remote in Mexico
The Change Management Analyst is responsible for managing complex operational tracking, interfacing across various IT teams to coordinate change management processes, schedules, and documentation. As the Change Administrator Analyst, you will create operational efficiencies by reviewing, classifying, and tracking change requests in the management system while ensuring full compliance with organizational standards and ITIL best practices. Ultimately, this role acts as a critical driving force for technology solutions and workflow optimization, providing vital administrative support for change meetings and reporting on key performance metrics.
The Change Management Analyst will:
Process Coordination: Assist in the coordination of change management processes, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Request Tracking: Help track and document all change requests, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the change management system.
Compliance Support: Support the review and classification of change requests to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various IT teams to gather necessary information for change assessments.
Meeting Administration: Provide administrative support for change management meetings, including the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
Metrics & Reporting: Assist in generating comprehensive change management reports and metrics for review by leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying key opportunities to enhance the change management lifecycle.
ITIL Practices: Learn, develop, and apply foundational ITIL best practices to all daily tasks and operational responsibilities.
Operational Flexibility: Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Internship experience in IT service management or a related field is preferred.
Basic understanding of IT service management, with a focus on change management.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus.
Familiarity with IT systems and tools used in change management is a plus.
