Job Description:
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in TSYS TS2 platform.
Strong experience in credit card issuing and payment processing domain.
Good understanding of credit card account lifecycle, authorizations, transactions, billing, payments, fees, interest, and statements.
Hands-on experience working with TSYS TS2 applications, interfaces, batch processes, and integrations.
Experience analyzing business requirements and implementing enhancements within the TS2 environment.
Strong understanding of card authorization, settlement, account servicing, disputes, and transaction processing.
Experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM and mainframe technologies is preferred for technical/development roles.
Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root-cause analysis within TSYS/TS2 applications.
