As we continue to grow, we are looking for a confident and creative Content Creator who can become one of the faces behind our educational, promotional, and social media video content.
About the Role
We are looking for a Content Creator who is comfortable speaking in front of a camera and can turn provided scripts, concepts, and talking points into engaging video content for Xcrowpay.
This is primarily a video content creation role.
You do not need a professional studio or expensive camera equipment. However, you should have access to the basic facilities required to consistently produce clear, professional-looking videos from home or another suitable location.
Most importantly, you should be confident, expressive, natural on camera, and capable of communicating Xcrowpay's message in a way that feels engaging and easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities
As an Xcrowpay Content Creator, you will:
Record short-form video content based on scripts and talking points provided by the Xcrowpay team.
Present confidently and naturally in front of the camera.
Create videos for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
Explain Xcrowpay's products, features, campaigns, and value proposition in simple and engaging language.
Create educational content around escrow, online transactions, digital commerce, fraud prevention, fintech, and related topics.
Follow provided scripts while still delivering them naturally rather than simply reading from a screen.
Participate in trending or reactive content where relevant to the Xcrowpay brand.
Record multiple pieces of content within agreed production schedules.
Work with the marketing and growth team to improve content based on audience engagement and performance.
Maintain appropriate video, audio, lighting, framing, and presentation standards.
Represent the Xcrowpay brand professionally in all published content.
Minimum Equipment & Facilities
You do not need professional production equipment, but you should already have access to:
A good smartphone with a clear, high-quality camera capable of recording suitable social media videos.
Reliable internet access for receiving scripts and uploading video files.
A reasonably quiet environment suitable for recording.
Good natural lighting or access to basic artificial lighting.
A clean and presentable recording background.
Sufficient phone/storage capacity to record and transfer high-quality video files.
Having additional equipment such as a tripod, ring light, external microphone, or dedicated camera is an advantage but not mandatory.

Be creative and willing to experiment with different content formats.
Be comfortable receiving feedback and recording another take when necessary.
Be reliable and able to meet agreed content deadlines.
Have an interest in fintech, technology, startups, digital commerce, or online business.
Be willing to learn enough about Xcrowpay to confidently communicate what the product does.
