This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Senior Associate Infrastructure Platform Engineer Hotels, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Client Computing Engineering & Architecture team reporting to a Senior Manager of the Infrastructure Platform Engineer group. You will support projects including hotel mass deployments, equipment refreshes, and Windows platform standardization.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Design, test, and maintain Windows deployment standards (Windows 11 and Server 2019–2025) using DISM and WIM imaging for large-scale hotel deployments.
Validate vendor drivers, hardware compatibility, and imaging processes in the Memphis IT lab environment.
Troubleshoot and remediate deployment issues, including Active Directory policies, security configurations, and hardware/driver conflicts.
Collaborate on PowerShell scripting, printer configurations, and occasional ESXi/Linux troubleshooting to support hotel operations.
How you'll collaborate with others:
Partner with hotel operations teams, field IT support, and vendor resources to ensure smooth mass deployments and equipment refreshes.
Work with cross-functional technology teams during planning, testing, and rollout phases.
Participate in regular team stand-ups, project reviews, and technical working sessions to achieve results and maintain platform standards.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
Standardized Windows deployment packages and imaging processes that ensure reliable, repeatable hotel equipment refreshes with minimal downtime.
Technical documentation, driver/hardware validation reports, and remediation guides that improve deployment success rates and reduce support escalations.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
Two (2) years of hands-on experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems (Windows 10, 11 and Server 2019, 2022, 2025)
Two (2) years of PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Two (2) years of ESXi / VMware experience
Demonstrated experience with Windows deployment technologies, including DISM and WIM imaging
Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and core infrastructure concepts
Working knowledge of hardware/driver validation, security best practices, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments
This is a hybrid role and would require you to be near our Memphis office location
Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
