Required Skills:
Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and modern backend development patterns.
Experience building cloud-native platforms on Azure using containerized and event-driven architectures.
Strong experience with HTMX and server-driven web application development.
Deep understanding of MongoDB, document-based data architectures, and distributed data systems.
Experience implementing secure APIs, identity and access management, observability, resiliency patterns, and production operations.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate software delivery and engineering productivity.
Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions in a fast-paced AI DLC/Agile environment.
