About the role:
We're hiring a Product Manager to own our Voice/Telephony product line: our outbound Power Dialer, calling algorithm, and call-quality and compliance work. You'll also take on our mobile app, on iOS and Android.
Mobile is the lighter half of the role. Most mobile feature work follows what already exists on web (the backend is shared), so the job there is mostly about a clean native frontend and getting mobile UX conventions right, plus owning our App Store and Play Store release process.
Each domain has its own small, focused engineering squad. You'll work closely with them day-to-day, plus marketing, design, and support on release and rollout work. This is a fully remote role, but significant daily overlap with Central European Time (CET) is required.
🔥 What You’ll Own:
Voice/Telephony
Own the roadmap end to end: Power Dialer, calling algorithm, concurrency and line management, call quality, incoming-call handling, and calling plans/pricing structure(advising).
Translate carrier and infrastructure constraints into a roadmap engineering can actually execute against.
Run beta programs for calling-infrastructure changes with clear success criteria, and adjust the plan when the data says to.
Pull customer voice actively into planning: support tickets, recorded calls, churn reasons, especially where usage data and engineering intuition disagree.
Think in rollout risk before shipping: staged rollout, monitoring, a defined rollback trigger, particularly where a bad release carries carrier or compliance exposure.
Keep the domain's architecture and state-of-system documentation current as a living reference, not a one-time artifact.
Mobile
Scope and prioritize mobile feature work, mostly bringing existing web functionality to a native frontend.
Own the app-store release process: release notes, submission timing, coordinating with engineering each release and hotfix.
Apply mobile-specific UX judgment (native gestures, notification behavior, platform conventions) rather than porting web patterns directly.
Communicate roadmap and decisions clearly to engineering, support, and leadership.
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years owning a voice/calling product: an outbound or predictive dialer, a contact-center (CCaaS) platform, or a VoIP/SIPtelephony product. You should be able to talk through call pacing, answering-machine detection, line concurrency, and carrier spam-flagging from real work, not just the terms. Pure messaging (SMS/email) product experience does not substitute.
Some mobile product knowledge (iOS/Android), enough to plan a release, understand native UX conventions, and manage an app-store submission.
A track record of running structured beta programs or phased rollouts: defined success criteria going in, willingness to say the data isn't conclusive yet, and a clear pivot when it isn't working.
You check technical feasibility with engineering before committing to a plan, and bring a clear recommendation once you have enough to decide, rather than a menu of options.
Solid delivery fundamentals: product discovery, story slicing, release planning, Agile execution.
SaaS product experience, strong prioritization, and genuine cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and support.
Comfortable using AI on a daily basis (we mainly use Claude.ai) for research, writing, and day-to-day product work.
✨ Bonus Points:
Familiarity with SMS campaign tools, automated messaging workflows, or CRM/contact-management products. Our calling product doesn't work in isolation from the rest of the platform, so a candidate who understands the wider system will ramp faster.
Exposure to US outbound-calling or messaging regulation (TCPA, state calling rules, A2P/10DLC). We'll teach this, but familiarity is a head start.
Experience with usage-metered pricing/plan design (calling minutes, concurrent lines, messaging volume).
UI/UX or UX-writing skills, customer-interview experience, or a software-development background.
