Role Description The Chemistry Lead Educator will design and deliver high-quality chemistry instruction for school-level, foundation, and competitive exam programs, ensuring strong conceptual understanding and application-based learning. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves planning and conducting classroom sessions, developing lesson plans and learning materials aligned with CBSE and other relevant boards, and integrating EduVritti’s C3 (clarity, critical thinking, confidence) and Strong Foundation Framework into teaching practices. The educator will regularly assess student performance, provide individualized feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions and enrichment programs. The role also includes mentoring junior faculty, coordinating with academic and counseling teams, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to academic quality assurance and parent communication as needed.
Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in Chemistry across school, foundation, and competitive exam levels (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE/IB, IIT-JEE/NEET).
Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum design, and development of teaching-learning materials and assessments.
Demonstrated classroom management skills and ability to facilitate interactive, student-centered learning.
Experience with conceptual, application-based, and problem-solving oriented teaching methodologies.
Effective communication skills, including clear explanation of complex topics and constructive feedback to learners.
Ability to mentor and guide students, including academic counseling and exam preparation strategies.
Comfort with using technology for teaching, evaluation, and academic reporting (smart classrooms, LMS, digital content).
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline; B.Ed or formal teacher training is an advantage.
Prior experience in coaching for competitive examinations (IIT-JEE/NEET/Olympiads) is highly desirable.
