At The Flock, we’re growing our Recruitment team and looking for an IT Recruiter to join us full time.
We’re looking for someone passionate about talent and technology, with solid experience managing IT recruitment processes end-to-end and a genuine interest in how AI is transforming the world of talent acquisition.

2 days per month working from our coworking space in Saavedra
🔎 What we’re looking for
3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, working with technology profiles.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, candidate follow-up, and closing.
Experience recruiting for different IT profiles and technologies.
Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to recruitment and the ability to incorporate them strategically into your daily workflow.
Advanced English.
Based in Buenos Aires.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An autonomous and organized person, comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities.
Curiosity about technology and a continuous learning mindset.
