Director of Practice Management

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to physician and administrative leaders, helping organizations identify opportunities and implement meaningful improvements across:
Payer Contracting & Reimbursement
Develop contracting strategies, analyze reimbursement, and advise on commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, specialty, and value-based arrangements.
Hospital & Health System Partnerships
Guide contracting and affiliation negotiations while aligning clinical, operational, and financial priorities.
Physician Recruitment & Compensation
Support recruitment and onboarding while developing competitive productivity-based, value-based, and hybrid compensation models.
Practice Operations & Workflow
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient throughput, staff productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Financial & Growth Strategy
Analyze performance, support budgeting and revenue cycle optimization, develop staffing strategies, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
Leadership & Change Management
Coach practice administrators and physician leaders while helping teams navigate organizational change and build high-performing practices.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
• 10+ years of progressive medical practice management experience
• Strong expertise in payer contracting and reimbursement negotiations
• Experience with physician compensation models and workflow optimization
• Experience with hospital/system contracting
• Strong operational and financial strategy skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and change-management abilities
• A proven ability to build trusted relationships with physician and administrative leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
Bonus: Experience in multi-specialty or radiology practices, value-based care, quality reporting, or population health. FACMPE, CMPE, or equivalent certification is also a plus.
