This is a high-trust role that goes beyond traditional administrative support. The position works across several areas: preparing leaders for important meetings, travel and event support, and operational tasks. The Executive Business Assistant will help turn broad priorities into clear next steps, coordinate across functions, and independently take ownership of business tasks and projects.

Organize complex domestic and international travel, including routes, visas, accommodation, transfers and detailed itineraries.
