Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant 3 to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruiting administration, and various TA projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting coordination and administrative activities.
Schedule video, phone, and in-person interviews using Outlook and scheduling tools.
Coordinate candidate interview logistics, including hiring manager calendars, candidate confirmations, and travel arrangements when required.
Send interview invitations, confirmations, and other candidate communications.
Provide general administrative support to recruiters and the broader Talent Acquisition team.
Assist with internal audits, data requests, reporting, and ad hoc TA projects.
Manage competing priorities while meeting critical deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Adapt to changing business priorities and proactively support new projects and processes.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 4+ years of HR, Talent Acquisition, administrative, or scheduling experience, OR Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting a team and working with a diverse customer base.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and calendar management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience scheduling interviews for a large organization using recruiting or scheduling software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Workday Recruiting or Eightfold.
Previous Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordinator experience.
Experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling and candidate logistics.
Additional Information:
Fully remote position within the United States.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity; conversion to a full-time position is intended but not guaranteed.
Ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment and handling high-volume scheduling activities
