Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation through successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to define project objectives, manage resources, identify risks, and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure responsibilities and deliverables are clearly defined.
Track project progress, identify dependencies, and address issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as required.
Ensure projects comply with organizational processes, standards, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources through appropriate change-control processes.
Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
Conduct project retrospectives and document lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
Ensure all project documentation, reports, and deliverables are maintained accurately.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Proven experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while providing effective leadership and direction to project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other relevant project management certification.
Experience managing technology, software, infrastructure, transformation, or business projects.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of project financial management and budget tracking.
Experience with executive-level reporting and presentations.
Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, and external partners.
Knowledge of project portfolio management and governance processes.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or ServiceNow.
Strong change-management and process-improvement experience.
Experience managing projects involving multiple business units or stakeholders.
