Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Support exceptional dining experiences: Assist servers with table service by delivering food, beverages, bread service, and other guest requests while ensuring timely and attentive service
Prepare and maintain dining areas: Set tables for service, replenish place settings, pour water, and ensure dining spaces are welcoming, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift
Keep service stations stocked and organized: Maintain designated food and beverage stations, ensuring supplies, tableware, and service items are fully stocked and readily available
Clear and reset tables efficiently: Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils, transport items to the dishwashing area, and quickly prepare tables for incoming guests
Deliver friendly and responsive service: Respond to guest questions and requests promptly, helping to create a seamless and memorable dining experience
Maintain quality and safety standards: Ensure tableware and service equipment are clean and in proper working condition while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
